The Dog And I have created this herbal infused balm using Sweet Almond Oil, Coconut Oil and a selection of herbs known for their skin healing properties:

Calendula is anti inflammatory, moisturising and healing. Plantain is anti inflammatory, soothing and is used to promote healing.

Comfrey is said to promote healing and is also known as 'knitbone' for this reason.

Yarrow has many uses but is widely used as a wound healer.

Rosemary is said to offer anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, ant-bacterial, and antiseptic properties.

Beeswax has naturally antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties, making it helpful in treating irritation.

This natural dog soothing skin salve is perfect for hot spots, minor cuts, grazes, insect bites, stings and sores.

The labels are currently made from plastic, however The Dog And I will be switching over to paper labels this year. There is also a plastic disk in the top of the lid to help protect the product.

Apply a small amount to minor cuts, grazes, stings, bites and hot spots.

Keep in a cool dry place, in warm temperature this salve may melt so pop in fridge for a few minutes before using.
