Rubies In The Rubble delicious and creamy Chilli Mayo is made from aquafaba which is the common name for the cooking liquid of beans and other legumes like chickpeas, this is often discarded however their mission at Rubies is to make sure that no good food goes to waste. Aquafaba is protein-rich and is what Rubies use as a substitute for eggs so that vegans can enjoy it too.

How To Use
Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 8 weeks.
