This Spicy Tomato relish uses tomatoes that are too ripe or too blemished for supermarkets and restaurants.
Rubies don’t let a little scratch here or there effect the quality of the tomatoes. The extra ripeness of these juicy toms means they are full of flavour and perfect for making relish. Simmered for hours before a unique blend of Indian spices is added to give it a delicious kick!
This condiment is without question the king of the cheeseboard and makes a brilliant addition to poached eggs & smashed avocado on toast.
How To Use
Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 8 weeks.
