Workplace Transparency - The production facility is based in the Pollachi, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu State where the minimum wage is 8000INR per month. The artisans are paid on average of around 16,000 INR per month. Double the minimum wage of the state. They work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. They are off on all holidays.
