Delivery Information

We offer free UK Tracked 24 shipping for orders over £50.

Christmas Delivery

We endeavour to despatch your order as promptly as we can.  Due to the overwhelming amount of orders we have received over the sales your order will be a couple of days delayed but rest assured your order will be despatched in the week of ordering.

All orders placed before 13:00PM Monday to Friday we will do our best to dispatch the same day although during busy periods this may be between 1 and 3 days. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent the following working day. Orders that contain products from our refill store may be delayed by 24 hours for packing purposes.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and Tuesday.

You must notify us if you do not receive your parcel within 30 days so we can track with Royal Mail.  Over this period is subject to a refund not being issued.

If your parcel has been delayed with Royal Mail then please let us know as soon as possible via your tracking number which will be on your shipping email so we can investigate. If you are concerned after 7 days please get in touch immediately.

United Kingdom:

Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery – £4.25 – Tracked 2-3 day service.

Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery – £4.90 – Tracked 1-2 day service.

Shipping times are from day of despatch not day that they are ordered. These are not guaranteed services and delivery dates are estimates only.

Europe & International:

We now offer international shipping.  Cost will be calculated at checkout.

Please note we do not pay import fees this will need paying by the customer in the country it is delivered to.  Please check prior to ordering what the fee will be in your country.

Delivery Addresses

Please check you have entered the correct address at checkout.

Delivery names and addresses are entered by the customer, we accept no responsibility for this as we have no control over the address that is entered. If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is not delivered we can not resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us we can resend to the customer if they are happy to pay for the cost of redelivery.

Refill Foods & Edible Consumables:

All our food refill products are weighed and packaged at our refill shop. Your food items will be packaged in biodegradable/compostable packaging before placing in a brown paper bag which will be sealed.  This is then packed with your order from Peace with the Wild.

If you have scented products in your order and wish for your food and edible consumable products to be packaged separately please notify us immediately before your order is processed, we cant be held responsible for smell cross contamination.  If you don’t want your food products packing with none food items then please use a separate order.  Refunds can not be given for smell cross contamination.

Possible cross contamination – The following potential allergens may have come in contact with your order/ product in transport, packing or production:

Gluten, Oats, Wheat, Peanuts, Soya, Milk, Nuts, Sesame, Sulphur Dioxide
