Zao's new Blush Bomb is an ultra-pigmented liquid blush.

Its fluid and melt-in texture is easy to work with, blending into skin for a fresh, luminous and buildable finish. The durable and moisturising formula offers high-definition colour.

The blush bombs are available in three lovely shades:

Ingredients which make this blush so great:

Candelilla wax: This helps give liquid blush staying power. It allows the texture to adhere well to the skin, blend easily and remain comfortable all day long.

Silica: This ingredient improves the texture of blush and makes easier to apply. It helps to visually smooth the skin and control shine for a softer, more natural finish.

Vitamin E: This antioxidant helps protect the skin and the formula. It helps preserve the complexion's radiance while providing comfort and protection on a daily basis.

Jojoba oil: This oil moisturises the skin without leaving it feeling greasy. It provides comfort, helps blush blend better into the complexion and leaves the skin supple and soft.

Packaging

This blush from ZAO may not be 100% plastic free but it is refillable, you keep the bamboo case and refill just the plastic bottle on the inside. This bottle may be plastic but it is easily recyclable and much better than replacing the whole thing.

Application tips:
• Dry skin: apply to skin that is still slightly moisturised for perfect blending.
• Combination to oily skin: apply before powdering to set the colour and  prolong wear.

The texture can be easily worked into the skin with a patting motion, depending
on the desired result:
• With fingers: for a very natural, "fresh-faced" effect. The warmth of the skin helps melt the waxes (candelilla, carnauba) for an ultra-blended, discreet
finish.
• With a wet blender sponge: for a more diffused and airy finish. Pat gently for a light and natural effect.
• With the complexion perfecting brush: This application is particularly recommended for beginners. This brush allows for quick blurring without leaving marks. The result will be precise. It is ideal for easily layering and adjusting the intensity of the effect.
Apply 1 to 2 drops directly to the area if you feel comfortable doing so, or onto the  back of your hand to take the optimal amount. Always apply thin layers, gradually  building up the intensity. Gently pat the desired area, then move slightly upwards  towards the temples for greater harmony.

• For maximum shine: blend the blush with the highlighter
• For a matt finish: set with powder blush.
• For a glowing finish: Do not powder after application.
