The ecoegg Laundry Egg replaces the need for multiple detergent bottles, giving you a greener laundry solution. It cleans and helps softens clothes effectively using two types of pellets – white washing pellets and the black tourmaline pellets – encased in a recyclable, refillable laundry egg case.

The laundry egg case is made from BPA free and recyclable (category 5) plastic and the laundry egg pellets do not contain any palm oil, SLS or SLES, parabens, petrochemicals, enzymes, phosphates or microplastics. So by using an ecoegg Laundry Egg, not only are you reducing your plastic use, but you are also helping to save tonnes of chemical laden washing detergent from polluting our water systems every year.

Ecoegg are thrilled to announce their global partnership with Paramount Consumer Products and Nickelodeon in support of SpongeBob SquarePants: Operation Sea Change. The new SpongeBob version is an upgrade in all aspects from packaging to enhanced cleaning power.

Spongebob Ecoeggs contain enzymes to break down dirt & grime. Enzymes continue to break down dirt even after washing, making every wash a breeze.

The new range also contains oxygen bleach which is a powerful stain remover. In a warm wash, oxygen bleach lifts tough stains. Added with the abrasion of the ecoegg, this will lift stains with ease!

Packaging

Card box with paper instructions inside, the cardboard used for all of their packaging is approved from sustainable sources and is recyclable. Ecoegg use environmentally friendly vegetable-based inks for their print, which contains no petrochemicals.

Simply open your Laundry Egg and fill the larger half of the egg with the two types of mineral pellets.

Close your egg so that it ‘clicks’ and place it inside your washing machine on top of your laundry.

The mineral pellets work together in the water to effectively draw dirt from your clothing fibres, they also help to soften your clothes by changing the pH, leaving your laundry clean and fresh without using harsh chemical laden detergents.

Ecoegg laundry egg is also suitable for hand washing. Simply place the egg to soak in the water for 5-10 minutes then hand wash as normal.

The Laundry Egg can be used from 15 to 60 degrees Celsius.

The mineral pellets in the Ecoegg laundry egg do not contain any petrochemicals, phosphates, parabens, SLS/SLES, palm oil or microplastics.
