A 100% natural nourishing butter, ideal for replenishing, smoothing and softening very dry hands, feet, elbows and knees. The delicious peppermint scent is just divine and it makes a great balm to rub on temples, massage your scalp, back of the neck and anywhere else where you’re feeling tight or achy. Just remember to watch out for contact with your eyes after application, as this is quite minty.

Ceramides
Ceramides are a special type of lipids (fat molecules) that are naturally present in your skin cells. In healthy, youthful skin, Ceramides make up 30% – 40% of the outer skin layer (epidermis). Ceramides are important for retaining your skin’s moisture and barrier function. When your skin’s barrier function is disrupted, your skin will feel dry, inflamed, and be at risk for inflammatory skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis and more. Organic Shea Butter 
Shea Butter is renowned for its skin moisturising and protective properties. It has been widely used for centuries to help heal burns, sores, dermatitis, psoriasis, dandruff, and much more. Shea Butter is very high in Palmitic and Oleic Acids, which are essential fatty acids that help soften, smooth and replenish dry skin. It also contains antioxidants (Vitamins A, E and F), which may help protect your skin from environmental and free-radical damage. This luxurious butter is known for leaving a silky-soft, making it perfect for dry patches, eczema, etc.

Organic Peppermint Oil
Peppermint oil is the essential oil distilled from the flowers and leaves of the peppermint plant. Records dating from ancient Greece, Rome and Egypt mention that it was used for digestive disorders and other conditions. Today, peppermint oil is widely used in aromatherapy to help reduce symptoms of anxiety, sinus infections, coughs and colds, and many other conditions via inhalation. It’s also used topically (applied to the skin) to help soothe headaches, muscle aches, reduce joint pain, and help relieve itching.

Warm a small amount of this nourishing hand and foot balm between fingers and apply sparingly as needed. For headaches, tensions and general aches and pains, apply sparingly to temples, back of the neck, scalp and/or on sore muscles. Cup your hands over your mouth and nose to breathe in the organic peppermint aromatherapy. Do not use on broken skin.

If irritation occurs, please discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and nose (it’s minty!). Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Keep away from sunlight and store in a cool location.
