Haricot beans are a very popular and healthy legume. Often referred to as cannellini, haricot beans are a good source of protein and  high in fibre! Great as part of a balanced diet, haricot beans are low in fat and calories. 

 

Haricot beans not only taste delicious they also contain vital minerals such as iron and zinc, and are a good source of B vitamins including folic acid.
