A 100% natural pillow mist formulated to aid sleep, reduce stress and improve mood.
A light spray of lavender essential oil on your luxury pillow before bed can help you fall asleep quicker and wake up feeling refreshed. This is more direct than using a full-room diffuser, which may take several minutes to permeate the space enough to make a difference.
In addition to improving sleep quality, lavender can also help reduce anxiety levels. Inhalation of lavender oil (by using a pure lavender pillow mist or spray) for 15 days has been shown to reduce levels of anxiety.
