Key Ingredients:
Nettle: richly nutritious, packed full of minerals - it is a source of calcium, iron, magnesium, as well as various vitamins. This richness makes it an ally for skin health, hayfever and digestive complaints. It also naturally stimulates collagen production hence why it is a great skin supportive herb.
Mullein: a renowned respiratory aid, unlocking airways, relieving congestion and promoting air flow. Its medicinal uses in folklore have been reported since the Greek physician Dioscorides, around 2000 years ago.

How To Use
1tsp of Purify Tea per cup. Using freshly boiled water, allow to steep for between 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength. Drink mindfully for the full experience.
