Sumac is ethically and sustainably grown and sourced! Made from the dried and ground berries of sumac flowers, Sumac power is a tangy spice with a sour, acidic flavour reminiscent of lemon juice. Great for vegan spice rubs and even fragrant salad dressings!

Available in 50g and 100g options that you can stock up on and refill your pantry the plastic free and zero waste way. Sumac is not only great for adding flavour but also contains antioxidant properties and is high in vitamin c.

Vegan and natural, sumac is great for a variety of dishes. Our favourite vegan recipes that use sumac are jacket potato with vegan feta and sumac, fattoush salad with sumac, mint and parsley, sumac spiced sweet potato wedges, and layered hummus and griddled vegetable salad.
