Bee Seedball Box

Each box is 5.8cm x 3.7cm x 1.5cm. Contains 6 Seedballs to cover 1-2 plant pots. 

Each box contains 6 seed balls to grow beautiful wildflowers in a window box, balcony pot or garden bed. One box will cover 1-2 pots.

Each seed ball contains approximately 30 UK wildflower seeds from a mix of Oxeye Daisy, Forget me Not,  Musk mallow, Red campion, Yarrow and Cornflower.

Green Bee Mix

Includes Birdsfoot Trefoil, Red Clover, Viper’s Bugloss and Wild Marjoram – all recommended as bee-friendly plants by the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.

Pink Bee Mix

A mix of Meadow buttercup, Oxeye daisy, Red clover, Self heal and Yarrow.

Blue Bee Mix

A mix of Common toadflax, Cornflower, Cowslip, Meadow cranesbill, Musk mallow, Oxeye daisy and Red campion

A little card is also included to explain what the balls are and how to use them- they’re incredibly easy to use – simply scatter on top of soil/compost (no digging or expertise required!) and nature will do the rest.

How do I use Seedballs?

Throw onto soil or compost in a garden bed or planter in Spring or Autumn, leaving at least 10cm between each ball.

Your seedball has everything it needs to grow and, once the ball becomes moist and the temperature is right, your seeds will germinate.

What area will my Seedballs cover?

One seed box will cover 1-2 pots. Use 6 boxes per square metre in a garden.

Each seed ball is made from seeds, clay, peat-free compost and chili powder.
