Native Wildflower Seed Balls for Wildlife-Friendly Gardens

Seedball offers a unique, award-winning twist on an ancient gardening technique to help everyone—from experts to beginners—grow beautiful native wildflowers. Founded in 2012 by conservation scientists, Seedball was created with a mission to help fill our gardens, balconies, and window boxes with wildflowers that support local pollinators like bees and butterflies. Every seed ball is handcrafted in the UK using a protective barrier of dried outer clay to shield the seeds from predators. Once sufficient water permeates the clay, the seeds begin to germinate, fueled by the nutrients and minerals contained within the ball.

The clever addition of chili powder in the mix continues to deter slugs and snails while the seeds sprout and grow. Committed to total sustainability, Seedball uses only peat-free compost and organic seeds, all supplied in plastic-free, recyclable packaging.
