Simply add 70cl of spirit to your mix and allow to infuse for a minimum of 24 hours. 48 hours will give you maximum flavour.

This particular mix contains the below ingredients to bring you a unique, delicious cocktail every time.

Juniper berries, coriander, cinnamon, orange peels, lemongrass, rose petals, aniseed, wild pepper.

The key ingredient in this mix is the juniper berries which gives a clean, sharp taste. The spices will add a warming flavour, perfect for cosy nights in!

Packaging - Glass jar with cork lid

Infuse with 70 cl of vodka or fruit alcohol for minimum 24 hours. Filter. Enjoy as it is or use as a base for gin cocktails.
