About Primal Suds
Primal Suds began with the idea of making vegan soap that was made entirely from natural ingredients with no toxins or chemicals just pure suds from good old nature.
Based In southampton, England where they handmake these natural soaps, they have grown from making small batches of soap for themselves to providing others who are also concerned with the chemicals and toxins in commercial soaps.
Primal suds use a mixture of natures oils (palm oil excluded) such as sustainable coconut oil for it’s anti fungal and anti bacterial properties, it’s also great for moisterising and nourishing the skin. Olive oil is also used for its rich antioxidant properties, rapeseed oil, which Primals Suds use as an alternative to palm oil, lathers well and is far kinder for our skin and the environment. Shea butter is key for hardening the soap but also has wonderful moisterising properties.
Different clays and charcoal are what gives Primals Sud vegan soaps their natural absorbing properties which detoxify the skin by drawing out toxins. The variation of clays, charcoal and natural exfoliants; chai, tea, oats and hemp will smooth the skin, leaving it soft and invigorated, which also colour the soap naturally (no added colours). A mixture of natural essential oils are what gives Primal Suds their vibrant scents, this company doesn’t use any artificial colours or fragrances!
Primal suds natural soaps are 100% biodegradable as is their packaging, there is no plastic whatsoever. These are paraben and SLS free soaps which are all vegan and none of the ingredients have been tested on animals, they are completely cruelty free. Primal Suds are wonderful to work with, they truly care about what they put into their products and want to make their natural vegan soaps accessible for everyone!
How To Use
Lather the shampoo bar up in your hand, then rub the shampoo into you hair using the suds, focusing on the scalp but spread evenly throughout your hair.
We don’t recommend putting the bar straight into hair as it contains lots of unsaponified oils that need a bit of lathering up before application.
Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
You may want to do an apple cider vinegar rinse after or lemon juice will work as well. This is especially important in hard water areas. Simply dilute in water to the same ratio of orange squash.
Due to the high percentage of unsaponified decent oils in the shampoo bars, they will last much longer and do better by drying out after each use. Our soap dishes and sud stumps are perfect for this.
