Seilich's teas are grown amongst the wildflowers of their own meadow in Scotland, then hand-picked and gently dried to preserve their colour and aroma. This gift set gathers all three of their celebrated blends:

• Calming Blend - chamomile, lemon balm and rose; gentle, floral and soothing.
• Reviving Blend - peppermint, nettle and cornflower; fresh, green and invigorating.
• Meadow Blend - a joyful mix of self-heal, cornflower, calendula, meadowsweet, red clover, ox-eye daisy, rose, chamomile, lemon balm, peppermint, elderflower, nettle and plantain.

All three are naturally caffeine-free loose-leaf infusions, packed whole leaf and flower in refillable glass jars. Spoon around 2 teaspoons of tea into a pot or reusable tea infuser.

Pour over freshly boiled water that has cooled slightly and leave to infuse for 2-4 minutes, according to taste.

Enjoy hot, at any time of day - all blends are naturally caffeine-free.

Calming Blend: Anthemis nobilis (chamomile) flowers, Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) leaves, Rosa rugosa (rose) petals.

Reviving Blend: Mentha x piperita (peppermint) leaves, Urtica dioica (nettle) leaves, Centaurea cyanus (cornflower) flowers.

Meadow Blend: self-heal, cornflower, calendula, meadowsweet, red clover, ox-eye daisy, rose petal, chamomile, lemon balm, peppermint, elderflower, nettle and plantain.

At certain times of year some botanicals may be replaced with those bought in from other like-minded, specially selected herb growers to ensure continuity of supply.
