The antioxidants in honeybush tea grant it a wide range of health benefits, including improved bone and skin health, as well as antidiabetic and anticancer properties. This tea contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants; rooibos also contains an anti-spasmodic that may help relieve digestive distress. African women enjoy rooibos during pregnancy because it is high in iron, low in tannins, contains no caffeine and can relieve heartburn and nausea

Biodegradable Tea Temples
High quality tea belongs in a 'tea temple' - these spacious, biodegradable mesh bag (made from corn starch) allows the leaves lots of room to infuse. These tea temples are 100% plastic free and although can be composted, this can take a very long time so it is best to put them in your food waste bin.

How To Use
Tea temple - 1 per person.
Brew for 3+ minutes. 7 Minutes is recommended for strong flavour.
Whole leaves take longer to brew, but the little wait is definitely worth it.
Iced - Just cover one tea temple with boiling water and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove temple and top-up glass with iced water.
