Supermarket beans are heated up quickly, to a super high temp, losing the delicious bean flavour along the way. Bold Bean Co cook theirs slowly, in small batches & pour the brothy beans straight into glass jars.
Bold Bean Co's journey started in a basement flat in Madrid. After three years of working in the food sustainability space with top London chefs, Amelia’s legume appreciation turned into a full on obsession. Amelia realised that beans could change the world, someone just needs to start spreading the gospel!
