Description
10cm in diameter and 5cm deep
The LoofCo Kitchen Brushes are hand-made in Sri Lanka from coconut coir fibre twisted around a galvanised metal core and a handy cotton hanging loop so the brush can hang up to dry between uses.
Coir is the fibrous material found beneath the matured brown coconut husk. Its unique properties make it ideal for making brushes.
Rinse thoroughly before first use. Immerse in warm water and use with detergent, washing-up liquid or LoofCo Washing-Up Soap. Strong enough for cleaning around the kitchen and larger washing-up items. After use, rinse and shake out excess water and any food particles and hang to dry from the string loop.
Occasionally soak in hot water with washing-up liquid and air dry to freshen brush. Long lasting in normal use and when worn out the fibres are biodegradable and core can be recycled.
Packaging
This brush is packaged in recyclable card.
There is a small clear sticker holding the packaging together, this is biodegradable and made from cellulose.
