Supermarket beans are heated up quickly, to a super high temp, losing the delicious bean flavour along the way. Bold Bean Co cook theirs slowly, in small batches & pour the brothy beans straight into glass jars.
Organic Chickpeas are a great source of plant protein, perfect for those maintaining a vegan diet. Most used in South Asia, the Middle East and the Mediterranean, chickpeas are notoriously good with spices.

After three years of working in the food sustainability space with top London chefs, Amelia’s legume appreciation turned into a full on obsession.
