Wuka underwear feels very comfortable and snug in any size, if you prefer a tighter fit we'd suggest going for the smaller of your usual sizes. For example, if you are a 10 - 12, then a 10 is likely to be better for you. You know your body, so ultimately you are the best judge of fit.

How To Use
It holds at least 5-7ml of period flow or light leaks - around 1 tampons worth.
Washing & Care
Can be done in three ways, but always rinse after wearing to prevent stains.
1. Hand wash it and line dry.
2. Wash them in with your blacks and line dry.
3. Machine wash cold or at 40° and line dry.
You can also put your underwear in the airing cupboard or by the radiator or dry in the sun.
Do not tumble dry
Do not use Fabric Softener as this could adversely affect the fabrics.
