Rubies In The Rubble Pink Onion and Chilli Relish is made with a special variety of Rosanna pink onions, which otherwise would have been wasted due to being oversized or blemished. Rubies In The Rubble slowly cook and caramelise them for a delicious sticky and sweet relish. Chilli is added to gently heat this sweet chutney. The perfect addition to your toasties, burgers or make this the star of your cheeseboard.
