4 Benefits Of Using A Natural Deodorant 6

Switching over to a natural deodorant, natural deodorant bar, natural deodorant glass jar, natural deodorant stick, natural deodorant tin or natural crystal deodorant instead of your trusty aerosol or roll on might seem a bit daunting but when the benefits include it being better for the environment AND for you, what have you got to lose?

#1

Natural deodorants, natural deodorant bars, natural deodorant glass jars, natural deodorant sticks, natural deodorant tins and natural crystal deodorants don’t have aluminium in them like many commercial varieties. Aluminium is usually added to reduce the amount of perspiration you produce but the problem is that this clogs your pores and stops your body from detoxing through the process of sweating. Suppressing your bodily functions is never a good idea and whilst it might make you BO-less in the short term, in the long term you can cause even more problems. The idea is that a good environmentally friendly, plastic-free, natural deodorant will still allow you to sweat, without letting that sweat turn into a nasty smell.

#2

All of the natural deodorants, natural deodorant bars, natural deodorant glass jars, natural deodorant sticks, natural deodorant tins and natural crystal deodorants we stock come in plastic-free and eco friendly packaging, that can be recycled. This means that you are not contributing to landfill with aerosols or plastic roll-ons. Instead, the packaging is plastic-free, ethical, sustainable, environmentally friendly, biodegradable and/or recyclable meaning that your impact on the world is minimal.

#3

Natural deodorants such as natural deodorant bars, natural deodorant glass jars, natural deodorant sticks, natural deodorant tins and natural crystal deodorants are actually good for your health! Not only do the use of wonderful, natural, organic and vegan ingredients limit the number of skin issues that can arise but they also provide additional benefits. You won’t get blocked pores, irritation free armpits result in a closer shave, and you reduce the risk of yellow stains on any of your clothing. Many of the eco, vegan and natural ingredients in our natural deodorants are antibacterial, anti-fungal, moisturising, and soothing as well!

#4

Another great reason to make the change is because a good-quality natural deodorant, natural deodorant bar, natural deodorant glass jar, natural deodorant stick, natural deodorant tin and natural crystal deodorant will not include any added, synthetic fragrances that can be bad for your overall health.  Instead of using artificial scents that can irritate your skin or allergies, they use natural essential oils such as lemongrass, peppermint, and lavender which are good for your mind and body, as well as your nose! Soda free deodorants are also a great option and best suited to those who have sensitive skin or prone to irritation. Sodium bicarbonate can raise the pH of the skin which can result in redness, dryness, and rashes so if your skin is more sensitive it may be best to opt for a soda free deodorant.

  1. I have been using a natural deodorant bar since Christmas. I bought it long before as part of a washbag which included shampoo and conditioner bar, toothbrush and tablets 1 more item I have forgotten and the deodorant bar. I didn’t dare try it until I had time off work at Christmas in case it didn’t work but it’s AMAZING. It has no packaging and is just like a little dome. I can’t find ot anywhere now and there are no names on the boxes. It will last for ages but I would definitely want to buy the same again when it is running out. Was this one of yours?

  4. I’ve been using Ku.tis for a couple of years now, it takes a few weeks to adjust but I wouldn’t go back to conventional ones again. Great stuff.
